What do Antonio Banderas, Selma Hayek, Jorge Ramos, Elizabeth Vargas, Mayor Antonio Villagrosa, Honorable Nydia Velázquez, Jennifer Lopez, George Lopez, Alex Rodriguez, Rebecca Lobo, CEO Linda Alvarado, and Samuel Betances have in common. They all have an agent. Actors, artists, athletes, business leaders, entertainers, journalist, speakers, writers, and others have personal representatives to promote their careers and obtain work or engagements.

iHispano believes you deserve an agent too – and it's free.

What is a Job Search Agent?

A Job Search Agent is a personalized, automated job hunting tool that searches iHispano's database every day for new postings that meet your pre-defined search criteria. When matching jobs are found, iHispano's Job Agent forwards them to you by e-mail.

Having an iHispano Job Agent is like having someone watching your back. You tell iHispano exactly what you want, and whenever we find a matching job opening, we will e-mail you a detailed job description including "how to apply" information. Then, you decide what you want to do: contact the employer directly, forward the opening to a friend, or nothing at all.

Who should use a Job Search Agent?

Active job seekers who wish to manage their online job search. Because our Job Search Agent allows you to select which employers receive your resume, it can also protect your privacy.

Currently employed people who want to make a career change but lack the time to hold down a full time job AND look for a new job at the same time. Currently employed job seekers may also want to protect their identity, and a Job Search Agent provides that option.

Passive job seekers who want to keep up with current employment trends, industry activity, career opportunities, and job availability in their field. It is like having your own executive recruiter.

According to Peter Weddle (leading expert on internet job board use), job agents are tools everyone should use, from the first day of their first career to the last day of their last career. Think of them this way:

If you're actively looking for a job, a job agent is your "personal representative."

Your job agent does the searching for you -- so you can make better use of your time networking or researching the job market. Even better, it alerts you to job opportunities that interest you most as they are posted on the Net.

If you're not looking for a job, a job agent is "career insurance."

By keeping you "aware" of the job market, your Job Search Agent can (a) protect yourself from downsizing situations that occur all too often in the modern business world, and (b) manage your career more effectively by keeping you abreast of job market trends and opportunities.

The iHispano Job Agent Advantage

  1. Never miss a great job opportunity.
  2. Create your job agents and find out immediately when jobs that meet your criteria are posted.
  3. Your job agents can be modified at any time.
  4. It is confidential.
  5. It is always free.

Remember

The iHispano job agent should be used as a tool to supplement your job search and not replace it. Many iHispano users have found employment using this service, but it makes sense to pursue as many opportunities as possible, using as many venues as you can. Internet based recruiters

Internet based recruiters and hiring officers are looking at Zoominfo these days. Zoominfo is a website where you can post a resume, along with information about what your particular skill set is, experience and so forth, and, by the way, it is best to include a picture. Essentially, it takes the job search out of the equation as employers are looking for people on the site, along with similar ones for people that have the skills, degrees, and certificates they're already looking for. If you have a Zoominfo profile, you may not have to worry about getting personal loans to go back to school for a degree in a field that is hiring. If you're looking for work, I'd get on Zoominfo right away.

I have found out that you can't really rely on jobs today so what i'm proposing is this:
Get a domain name that's really cheap. Buy youreself a decent web hosting plan and put up some kind of ecommerce software. After this get into all the affiliate plans you can find, embed a cheap ssl certificate to protect your customers and start selling online. There are literally thousands of guides online just waiting for you. You might say this jobs not made for you... ok i can agree that some people aren't Internet and computer savvy enough but it's worth a try ! start making sales today !
